One of the most popular  starter cabin sailboats on the market; is also raced by a number of owners locally. Catalina 22's are sailed internationally, have strong factory support, and numerous clubs and on-line organizations. This stock Catalina features a pop-top hatch, swing keel, and has three sails; main, jib and 150% genoa. Either jib can be mounted on the roller furling system which comes with the boat. Equipment: RF, K.  The Suzuki 9.9 HP outboard motor with this package is a 1995 model' properly winterized when last used and then serviced again in (Feb 2008).
