1979 San Juan 7.7.  When Clark Boat Co introduced the 7.7 for racing,  they perhaps didn’t realize what a excellent boat it is for cruising. It is set up well for single-handing. This particular 7.7 has had refit and a lot of TLC by the last two owners in particular. It is powered by an 8 HP Johnson outboard (1995). The 7.7 has a large cockpit for boats of this size, considerable beam (9”6”), and plenty of headroom. Most importantly, this package comes with a custom tandem axle TRAILER.  Sails: two mains (racing and stock), jib, two genoas, spinnaker and pole.  All sails maintained by Sail-Care. Equip: V,C AM/FM/CD, Wn, 6 winches, battery charger. New head foil and front hatch have been installed, new VC-17, etc. Boat is in excellent condition.
