Sturdy cruising boat is Marina property and properly titled in the West Access Marina's name. The boat has not been maintained to any degree and needs a good cleaning.  However, it is functional and does not appear to have any structure issues. With some work, it can be restored.  Sails: main and jib. Boat is in average condition.
